Logging in
Logging in and registering an account
If you have an account, please log in with the email address and password.
To use this service, you need to register an account. If you do not have an account, please register one.
When you register an email address and a password while registering an account, an email with an account registration code will be sent to you. Enter the Confit account registration code shown in the email to complete the registration of the account. The registration code is valid for a period of 30 minutes after the above email was sent.
*If you did not receive the email, check the following points:
- The email will not reach you if you made a typographical error while typing the email address. If this happens, check and correct the email address, and complete the registration process again.
- Depending on the email software, security software, and/or provider, the confirmation email may be automatically placed in the Junk Mail folder, rejected, or deleted. First, check the Junk Mail folder. For instructions on how to set the email software or security software, contact the supplier of the software.
- The cell phone, smartphone, or iPhone you use may be set to reject emails from transmission sources other than specific sources. Change the setting of your phone to enable reception of emails from “@atlas.jp.”
If you have forgotten your password
Even if you have forgotten your password, you can reset the password starting from the login screen. Type your email address to receive the password reset email. By typing the password reset code in the email on your screen, you can access the password reset screen. The password reset code is valid for a period of 30 minutes after the email was sent.
If you are not sure whether you have an account
You can confirm the status of account registration by entering the email addresses you might have registered before, starting from the account confirmation screen.
If an account is registered, you can log in or proceed to resetting your password.
Setting an account
Changing the email address
If you want change your email address, an email showing the email address change code will be sent to you. Type the email address change code in the email to complete the change.
*The new mail address will not be valid until the change is completed. Note that you cannot log in with the old email address. The address change code is valid for a period of 30 minutes after the email was sent.
Changing the password
You can change the current password. If you have forgotten your password, complete the procedure for resetting the password.
Deleting the account
You can delete the account for this service to stop using the service.
*If you delete your account, you will no longer be able to log in to a meeting. Be careful. Even if you delete your account, registration for participation or the abstract you submitted will not be deleted. To cancel participation registration or delete the submitted abstract, contact the secretariat of the meeting.
