You can reset your password from the log in page by entering your log in ID. Your old password will be invalid after reissuing a new password.
You can search for all submitted abstracts from “Search for Presentations”. However, abstract details are not viewable during the submission period.
Here are the steps of editing the program you are assigned.

You can edit the program during the editorial period only. Editorial features are not available before/after the editorial period.
The categories you are assigned to edit are displayed on the top page. Please download presentation lists of each category as well as abstract PDFs which are already submitted.
You can also search for presentations by categories or keywords from “Search for Presentations”. Filter the search results by your editorial category to view your targeted presentations. You can download abstracts which are already submitted as well.
The conference secretariat may post handouts or documents for program editing on the top page. Please check and download if any.
On Edit Program page, you can see time frames for each session, which date, time and place are defined by the conference secretariat. Please add presentations to each session and arrange the order.
The number of presentations submitted to the category you are assigned to edit, and editorial status are displayed on the Edit Program page. Please review date, start time, end time and place of each session time frame. Please contact the secretariat if a change is needed in any session.
Click “Program” link on Oral Presentations to start editing.Add presentations to each session in order of time. You can change time or arrange the order later also. Program editing is autosave.
*If the total time of all presentations is shorter than the session time frame, the session duration will be automatically shortened to match the total time.
*If the total time of all presentations is longer than the session time frame, the end time will be automatically extended. However, the end time will not be extended if there is another session scheduled after the session you edited, at the same venue. Please rearrange the presentations within the time frame.
Add presentations to each session in order of place. You can change the order later also. Program editing is autosave.
Click “Complete” to save each session you completed editing. A notification of the completion will be sent to the secretariat at the same time.
Check the editorial status on Edit Program page to make sure that the number of unedited presentations is zero.
Preview each session you edited.
*Please check if all presentations are arranged in the correct order.
Preview the entire program of oral and poster presentations.
*Presentation No. will be issued after completing all programs.
